- Takeoff Complete – Measurement work is done
- Estimating in Progress – Pricing is being calculated
- Internal Review – Team is reviewing the bid
- Bid Prepared – Bid is ready to be sent
- Bid Submitted – Bid has been sent to GC/client
- Awaiting Award – Waiting to hear back
- Won / Lost – Outcome of the bid
What do the priority icons mean?

- Double arrow signifying the highest priority
- Upward arrow indicating high priority
- Downward arrow for low priority
- Equal sign represents medium priority
Can I edit bid details after creation?

Absolutely. Click on any bid to open its detail view and update fields like due dates, project scope, notes, client name, or assigned team members. All changes are saved and visible to the team.
