Shiva Dhawan is the CEO & Founder of Attentive.ai , leading its transformation into a SaaS innovator for construction and field services since 2017. An IIT Delhi Mechanical Engineering alum, he launched Automeasure (2021) and Beam AI (2023).

Rishabhjit Singh, Co-founder & CTO of Attentive, joined in 2019 and now leads engineering, CV, data, and cloud. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi.

Heads one of our key BUs for MEP and GC, including ownership of the entire P&L. An IIT Delhi alumnus, he has evolved from growth to full-suite leadership.

Sufal Mahajan leads Customer Success at Attentive.ai. He brings together business development, customer success, and operations to get teams moving in the same direction, simplify how work gets done, and deliver results you can measure.

Harshit Khattar, Head of Employee Experience at Attentive, joined in October 2023. He  manages HR compliance, payroll, performance management, training, and onboarding. Harshit plays a key role in building a strong, people-centric culture and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Yogesh Vats, Head of Finance at Attentive, joined in June 2024. A Chartered Accountant with a focus on startups and fundraising, he leads financial planning, compliance, and capital strategy. Yogesh plays a critical role in supporting Attentive’s growth journey with strong financial stewardship and investor alignment.

Cloud and DevOps leader with 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure, automation, and cloud-native solutions. Expert in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, specializing in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and secure, scalable architectures.

Pushpita heads Inside Sales at Attentive.ai and has 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales and business development. She helps construction companies accelerate growth by adopting AI-driven automation for preconstruction workflows.
