The Challenge
Before adopting Beam AI, Wildstone Construction faced operational challenges due to the time taken for manual takeoffs. Using PlanSwift, estimators spent approximately 3-5 hours per day completing takeoffs, which restricted their time to prepare and submit additional bids. As a result, the team’s ability to pursue more project opportunities and increase bid volume was limited.
Beam AI helped streamline our takeoff process and reduced the time from 3-5 hours a day with PlanSwift to around 1-3 hours. This has enabled our estimators to submit more bids and maintain a steady win rate.
