The Challenge
Before adopting Beam AI, Ridgeline Construction relied on PlanSwift for takeoffs, with a process that was both time-intensive and heavily dependent on manual setup. The team was spending 60 to 70 hours per week on takeoffs, with estimators working long hours just to keep up with project demand. Converting takeoffs into usable material outputs required significant effort, adding complexity and slowing down the overall estimating workflow.
