The Challenge
Before adopting Beam AI, Impact Concrete relied entirely on manual takeoffs in Bluebeam, which created several bottlenecks:
- Manual, time-consuming workflows: Every measurement had to be traced by hand, making smaller projects a full-day task and larger ones take over a week.
- Limited bid capacity: Because takeoffs were so time-consuming, the team could send only 6–8 bids per month, limiting growth potential.
